Dress Code
Formal - tie optional. Use your best judgement, we want you to wear something that makes you feel fabulous, but no jeans. Wear something fun and don't make us regret typing this.
Can Kids Come
We ask for no children at the ceremony and reception. We understand childcare can get complicated and we want you to celebrate with us. If you can't arrange childcare reach out and we can discuss.
Is Kelsey changing her last name?
No, Lovell is a great last name she is going to keep it. The paperwork is a headache she doesn't need. If one day that changes or the TSA demands it, we will let you know.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Girl, same. Don't worry the bride is a vegan and has been to many events where she is unable to eat, we don't want that to be the case for you, but let us know if you have restictions. We are planning to do buffet style eating so please let us know about severe allergies to avoid cross-contamination.
The wedding is in Maryland so shellfish will be present.
Should I bring a swimsuit?
To the wedding ceremony, no - please see dress code. However, on Saturday we want to hang with everyone on the property which does have pools that we intend to swim in - so yes bring one, but not for the ceremony, nor the reception.
Is the wedding inside or outside?
The ceremony is scheduled to be outside, there is a plan in case of rain, which will move to a tent. The dance floor is solid but the ceremony is on grass, so choose your shoes appropriately.
Can I bring a plus one?
If you have a plus one on your invitation, sure. If not, no. Lo siento mi amigo.
Is the wedding on a Friday?
We want to maximize our time with you and in doing that we wanted to forego the traditional wedding timelines. Lets get the formal stuff out of the way so we can have Saturday to hang out on the property.
